CAREER: Earned four All-American honors, including two at the 2021 NCAA Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Ala…finished seventh in the weight throw and eighth in the shot put at the 2021 NCAA DII Indoor Championships…earned second team All-American honors at the NCAA DII Indoor Championships in Pittsburg, Kan., in 2019 and earned All-American honors after qualifying for the 2020 NCAA DII Championships, which was canceled due to the pandemic…has 35 top-three finishes and 19 titles while finishing second 10 more times in either the shot put or discus indoors and outdoors... has won an NSIC Indoor title in the shot put in 2021 with seven top-five finishes and five top-three results at NSIC Indoor or Outdoor Championships.
2020-2021: Indoor Track and Field – Recorded 13 top-eight finishes, including six titles and 10 top-three finishes…qualified for the NCAA DII Track and Field Championships in the shot put and weight throw and was named USTFCCA All-American…placed eighth in the shot put (14.46m/47’ 5.25”) and seventh in the weight throw (18.93m/62’ 1.25”) at the NCAA DII Indoor Track and Field Championships on Mar. 11-13…placed first in the shot put (14.98m/49’ 1.75”) at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb 26-27…placed first in the shot put (14.61m/47’ 11.25”) and second in the weight throw (18.04m/59’ 2.25”) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 13…placed first in the shot put (15.90m/52’2”) and second in the weight throw (18.87m/61’11”) at the MSU Triangular on Feb. 12…placed second in the shot put (13.99m/45’10.75”) and fourth in the weight throw (16.66m/54’8”) at the 2021 Bearcat Invite on Feb. 5-6…captured the title in the shot put (15.08m/49’5.75”) and placed third in the weight throw (18.13m/59’5.75”) at the Dakota Realty Meet on Jan. 23…opened the season with two titles, first in shot put (15.20m/49’10.5”) and first in the weight throw (17.92m/58’9.5”) at the Wayne State College Wildcat Invite.
Outdoor Track and Field – placed third in the shot put (15.29m/50’2”), third in the discus (46.28m/151’10”), and second in the hammer throw (56.33m/184’10”) at the 2021 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Meet on May 13-15…placed second in the shot put (14.37m/47’1.75”), third in the discus (49.32m/161’10”), and fifth in the hammer throw (52.69m/172’10”) at the Maverick Classic on May 7…captured two titles, first in shot put (14.01m/45’11.75”) and first in the discus (53.60m/175’10”), at the Wayne State Challenge on May 1… grabbed three titles -- first in shot put (15.20m/49’10.5”), first in discus (51.42m/168’8”), and first in the hammer throw (51.67m/169’6”) – at the NSU Spring Open on April 24… placed first in the shot put (14.95m/49’0.75”), first in the discus (49.72m/163’1”), and second in the hammer throw (52.28m/171’6”) at the USD Twilight on April 22…placed first in the shot put (15.45m/50’8.25”), first in the discus (50.19m/164’8”), and 15
th in the hammer throw (50.48m/165’7”) at the South Dakota Challenge on April 9-10…captured two titles, first in shot put (13.63m/44’8.75”) and first in the hammer throw (55.10m/180’9”), at the Dordt Invite on April 1…placed first in the discus (48.27m/158’4”) at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic.
2019-20: Indoor Track and Field -- Recorded nine top-eight finishes, with one title, and three top-three finishes... qualified for NCAA DII Track and Field Championships in the shot put and was named USTFCCA All-American for a second time...placed fifth in the shot put (14.00M/45-11.25) in the shot put and seventh (17.82M/58-5.75) in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 28-29 at Mankato, Minn... captured the shot put title with a throw of 14.75M - 48-4.75 feet at the SDSU Last Chance Meet in Brookings on Feb. 2...also placed third in the weight throw at 18.03M - 59.2 feet at that same meet....at the NSIC Indoor Challenge on Feb. 15 in Mankato, Minn., was sixth in the shot put (13-33M - 43.9) and seventh in the weight throw (17-10M - 56-1.25)...at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 8 in Mankato, Minn., placed fourth in the shot put (13.77M 0 45-2.25) and 12th in the weight throw (16.97M - 55-8.25)...on Jan. 31-Feb. 1 at the Mark Schuck Open in Mankato, Minn., was second in the shot put at 14.21M-46.7.5 and 10th in the weight throw at 16.58M-54-4.75...at the SDSU Holiday Invite and Multi in Brookings, S.D., was sixth in the discus at 42.78M - 140-4 feet and ninth in the shot put with a throw of 13.64M - 44-9 feet.

2018-19: Broke three school records in the women's discus and shot put in 2019....
Indoor Track and Field -- was fourth at NSIC Indoor Championship in discus throw (14.28 meters - 46-10.25)...earned second team NCAA DII Indoor All-American honors (ninth place finish, 15.17 meters, 49-09.25)...also won the shot put at the SDSU Last Chance Meet in Brookings with throw of 14.83 meters (48-08) on Feb. 15...was first in shot put at CSU-SBU Invite on Feb. 9 with a throw of 13.61 meters (44-08) while finishing fourth in the weight throw at 16.08 meters (52-9.25)...
Outdoor Track and Field - finished 22nd in discus (40.3 meters - 131-07) and 19th (14.22 meters - 46-08) in the shot put at the NCAA DII Outdoor Championship at Kingsville, Texas...ranked as high as ninth in qualifying for DII Outdoors in the discus with her school record of 51.57 meters (169-02) on May 1, 2019 in winning discus at the SMSU Twilight in Marshall, Minn....ranked as high as 11
th in the shot put with a school record throw of 15.56 meters (51-07.75) in winning shot put at the USD Twilight on April 23, 2019...at same meet was double winner by capturing discus throw in 48.37 meters (158-08)...finished sixth at Drake Relays in discus with toss of 49.51 meters (162-05)...had 15 top-two finishes and nine titles in 2018-19 which included winning the shot put (14.44 meters - 47-04.5) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays where she was second (49.64 meters - 162-10) in the discus in 2018-19... earned first NSIC Field Athlete of the Week on May 6...was named USTFCCCA all-region this spring.
2017-18: Indoor Track and Field - Captured first ever title with a win in the shot put at the Dordt Invite on Jan. 13...threw the shot 12.61 meters (41-04.5)...was 15th in shot put with throw of 12.39 meters (40-7.75) and 23rd in weight throw at 13.98 meters (45-10.5) at NSIC Championship on Feb. 24.
Outdoor Track and Field - was 17
th in the discus at 44.31 meters (145-04) at the DII Outdoor Championships on May 26 and finished second at the 2018 NSIC Outdoor Meet in the discus at 47.37 meters(155-05)...received All-NSIC honors outdoors in shot put...won first-ever outdoor title in shot put with throw of 14.35 meters (47-01) at the NSIC-MIAA Meet on April 5...finished second in the discus at same NSIC-MIAA Meet with a throw of 45.58 meters (149-02).
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at O'Gorman HS...won two straight Class AA discus titles at South Dakota HS Championships....ranks third all-time in shot put at OG with 2015 throw of 40-02.75 and holds school discus mark of 134-9.75 in 2016.
