Biography
2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Indoor: competed in the 800m run where her season best time of 2:30.13 came at the Dave Little Alumni Mile…also ran the 600m run where her season best time of 1:42.62 came at the NSIC Indoor Championships where she finished 15th overall…Outdoor: ran the 800m run, coming away with a season best time of 2:25.17 at the Howard Wood Relays…also competed in the 400m dash with her best time of 1:03.18 coming at the NSIC Outdoor Championships where she finished 26th overall…made several appearances on the Cougars 4x400m relay, running her best split of 62.2 at the Red Raider Open.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Omaha Christian...personal best of 1:00.1 in the 400m Dash and 2:23.3 in the 800m Run....school record holder in the 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay...two-time state medalist in the 800m Run...two-time district champion in the 800m Run...three-time Frontier Conference Champion in the 800m Run.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Tim and Kim Stiansen...born October 21, 1995...member of National Honor Society and the Gold Honor Roll....also serves as the yearbook editor at Omaha Christian...plans on majoring in Exercise Science.
