2013-14 (SOPHOMORE): Indoor: season best throw in the Shot Put came at the NSIC Championships when her toss of 39-2.25 (11.94m) placed her 20th overall…also competed in the Weight Throw where her season best mark of 39-11.25 (12.18m) came at the Dave Little Alumni Mile…Outdoor: season best mark in the Shot Put came at the Wayne State Classic when she recorded a mark of 38-9 (11.58m)…also competed in the Discus (125-0/38.10m) and the Hammer (118-0/35.95m) Throws for the Cougars.

2012-13 (FRESHMAN): Indoor-season best throw in the shot put of 37-10 (11.53m) at the Dennis Young Invitational which gave her the 10th best throw in school history…threw a season best in the weight throw of 42-11.5 (13.09m) at the Dordt Invitational placing her 7th on the USF Top Ten Charts…Outdoor-threw 101-6 (30.95m) at the Drake Alternative Meet which placed her 9th on the All-Time Charts…season best hammer throw of 117-11 (35.95m) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays which is the 8th best throw in school history…finished 14th in the Javelin at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Irene Wakonda HS in Irene, S.D. where she competed in track, softball, basketball, and volleyball…Conference champion for all four years of high school…qualified for the state meet all four years which included two runner-up finishes in the discus…also qualified for the state meet in the shot put during her junior and senior seasons where she placed fourth overall…Team captain in softball, volleyball, and basketball.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Marvin and Charlotte Hinseth…has five siblings…valedictorian of her class…member of the National Honors Society…volunteered by serving at the banquet and her church…plans on majoring in nursing at USF.
