Biography
High School
VanArsdol competed for the Trojans in track & field, cross country, volleyball, softball, and basketball. On the track she recorded personal best of 1:00.96 in the 400m, 2:19.46 in the 800m, and 5:03.77 in the 1500m. During her time in high school, VanArsdol became a very decorated athlete both for her athletic achievements and academic. Those awards include: All-Conference 2 years, WIC 800 runner of the year 2 years, Honorable Mention in volleyball and basketball 2 years, 2nd Team Volleyball 1 year, National Honor Society, Academic All-State all sports 1 year, and Youth Salute Leader.
Personal
VanArsdol has committed a lot of her time to serving her community at the following places: Neola Phoenix Movie Theater, tornado clean-up, Primrose Retirement Community, Blood Drive, and Food Drive at Minden United Church of Christ. She is the daughter of Jeremy and Cassie VanArsdol and has three siblings, Talan, Lana, and Holden.
