2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field - Placed 11^th in the weight throw with a toss of 16.04m (52’7.5”) at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships... Outdoor Track and Field- Finished in the top three seven times throughout the outdoor season… started it off by placing third in the discus throw at the Wildcat Classic with a throw of 42.53m (139’6”)… followed that my throwing a personal best in the discus with a throw of 45.81m (150’3”)… competed in the hammer throw at the Red Raider Open and came away with a personal best of 49.85m (163’6”)… had another third place finish in the hammer throw at the USD Twilight… participated in the discus and hammer throw at the SMSU Mustang Twilight... finished third in both events… threw the hammer 50.77m (166’7”) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays which was good for third place… finished fourth in the discus and second in the hammer at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… threw 45.59m (149’7”) in the discus and a personal best of 54.21m (177’10”) in the hammer at the conference championships.

2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field - Took the weight throw title at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational with a throw of 15.70m (51’6.25”)… finished third in the weight throw at the MSU Open and Multi… placed third in the weight throw at the SDSU Last Chance meet with a personal best throw of 17.31m (56’9.5”)… threw the shot and the weight at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships… finished 16^th in the shot put and earned All-NSIC honors by finishing third in the weight throw with a throw of 16.84m (55’3”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Started off the outdoor season by finishing second in the hammer throw at the MIAA v NSIC Showdown… finished third in the hammer throw at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 48.35m (158’7”)… recorded two top two finishes at the Drake Alternative – Gustavus meet by finishing second in the discus with a throw of 41.20m (135’2”) and finishing first in the hammer throw with a throw of 49.98m (164’0”)… competed in both the discus and the hammer at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… placed fourth in the discus and sixth in the hammer.

2016-17 - Indoor Track and Field - Finished 23^rd in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships with a throw of 11.00m (36’1.25”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Captured the shot put and discus throw titles at the Butler-Greeno Dual by throwing the shot 12.32m (40’5”) and the discus 45.15m (148’1”)… followed that up by throwing a personal best in the shot put with a distance of 12.41m (40’8.75”) at the USD Twilight… placed second in the discus throw at the Minnesota State Twilight… competed in three throwing events at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… finished 19^th in the shot put, ninth in the discus and 32^nd in the hammer throw.


HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Swimming, Olympic Lifting, and Track and Field... Swimming team won section meet in 2015... placed ninth place in discus at State Track Meet.

PERSONAL: Born 8/11/1998... daughter of Tim and Lynn McNamee... hopes to one day become a youth pastor and an athletic trainer.
