-Competed in the 1500m(placed 4th) and 5000m at the 2023 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship

-Recorded a Mile Personal Best of 4:08.33 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Event in January, 2023... placed 10th
-Competed in the 1000 Meters (finished 3rd) and Mile (finished 6th) at the 2023 NSIC Indoor Championship

-Finished 2nd in the Mile at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi in January, 2023
-Finished 1st in the Mile at the Minnesota State Massive Meet #1 in February, 2023
-Finished 2nd in the 3000m at SDSU Last Chance in February, 2023

- 1500 Personal Best of 3:56.40 at the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational, placed 8th
- Mile Personal Best of 4:09.72 at the Summit League Indoor Championships, placed 3rd
- 3000 Personal Best of 8:18.42 at the Summit League Indoor Championships, placed 2nd
- 3000S Personal Best of 9:39.31 at the 2021 Kip Janvrin Open, placed 3rd

HIGH SCHOOL: 
- South Dakota AA state champion in the 800m as a senior in 2017
- State runner-up honors in the 1600m and 3200m
- Placed in the top four at the state meet in three events as a junior, taking second in the 3200m and fourth in the 1600m and 800m 
- Clocked high school personal-best times of 1:56 in the 800m, 4:18 in the 1600m and 9:30 in the 3200m
- Claimed ESD Conference titles in all three events
- Member of Brandon Valley relay teams that won a state title in the 1600m medley and finished second in the 4x800m
- 13-time conference champion
- Academic All-State honoree
