2010-2011 (JUNIOR): Indoor- season highlights included earning All-American honors following a second place (12' 9") finish in the pole vault event at the 2011 Indoor NAIA Nationals... she placed second at the with GPAC meet, earning All-Conference honors for the third straight indoor season... Outdoor- Again achieved All-American status after finishing as runner-up at the NAIA National meet... also captured an individual GPAC crown with a record-setting vault of 13'3.5"at the outdoor conference meet... she was tabbed outdoor All-Conference

2009-2010 (SOPHOMORE): Indoor- began a superb sophomore campaign with an All-Conference performance at the GPAC meet, before placing second at the NAIA National meet which deemed her All-American... Outdoor- mirrored her indoor season, earning All-Conference recognition en route to another runner-up finish at the National meet... tabbed All-American for outdoor season

2008-2009 (FRESHMAN): Indoor- set the tone for her career right away, placing at the GPAC indoor championships to earn All-Conference... recorded a vault of 11'9.75" to place fifth overall at the NAIA National meet to garner first All-American selection... Outdoor- named All-Conference... secured post-season berth with 12' vault to qualify for National meet as a true freshman

PERSONAL: Born August 15, 1989... daughter of Greg and Terri Friesen... has one brother, Brett and one sister, Jayna... Jayna also attends USF... sports management and business administration major... marketing and entrepreneurial studies minor... career goal to be an entrepreneur... recipient of Business Scholarship... earned Dean's list recognition in each of the last eight semesters... chose USF because of the Christian environment and track and field program
