2018-19 - Cross Country - Set a personal best time of 18:54.3 in the 5k on the cross country course at the Mount Marty Invite… placed 20^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a personal best time of 22:09.3 for 6k… followed that up by finishing 82^nd at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Placed second in the 1k at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a time of 3:11.88… added a first place finish in the 1k at the SDSU Last Chance with a new personal best time of 3:08.00… competed in both the 1k and the DMR at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships… placed 17^th in the 1k and the DMR finished in fifth... Outdoor Track and Field - Did not compete.

2017-18 - Cross Country - Placed 96^th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships... Indoor Track and Field - Set a personal best time of 5:51.27 in the mile at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational… finished ninth in the 800 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 2:25.68... Outdoor Track and Field - Finished the 1500 with a new personal best time of 5:02.79 at the Kip Janvrin Open… finished the 800 with a new PR of 2:19.13 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays… competed in the 800 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships placing 17^th in a time of 2:20.57.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended James Irwin Charter High School in Colorado Springs, Colo... tri-sport athlete for the Jaguars in cross Country, basketball, and track and field... second team All-State in cross country in 2013 and 2015... second team All-State in track and field in the 800-meter in 2015 and 2016... state runner-up in the 800-meter run in 2015... National Honor Society Vice President, student council Vice President, and maintained distinction on the Honor Roll.
