2019-20: Cross Country - Finished 95th at the NCAA DII Central Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 9, 2019 with her fastest 6K time (23:37.7) of the year… finished 50th (24:17.3) at the NSIC Conference Championships on Oct. 26, 2019… her fastest 5K time of the year came at the Augustana Twilight XC Meet with a 20:04.9 clocking for a 116th place finish… Indoor Track and Field - Placed 21st at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 28-29, 2020) in the 5,000 meters with a clocking of 18:52.96… her fastest 5000 time of the year came at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 14-15) with a 24th place finish in 18:50.07… In her DMR team’s run at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1, 2020), recorded a 12:32.45 for first place and with a time that ranks second all-time at USF… her fastest mile came at the Ted Nelson Classic when she ran a 5:24.78 for an 11th place finish… Outdoor Track and Field - No season due to Covid-19.
HIGH SCHOOL -- Competed at Brandon Valley High School...was 16th (19:18.7) at the SD High School Cross Country Championships in fall of 2018.
PERSONAL -- Daughter of Ginger and Chad Wald...nursing major..
