CAREER: During stellar career, recorded 31 top-eight finishes with a one individual title and 12 top-3 finishes... four times named Academic All-NSIC (twice indoor and twice outdoor)... ranked in USF's top 10 in three different events including as a member of the 4x100 relay that finished third at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on 5-4-2019 with a clocking of 47.07... also ranks ninth all-time at USF indoor with a second place clocking of 59.73 (PR) at the Maverick Invitational on 2-21-2020... also was part of USF's sixth place Distance Medley Relay which clocking a 12:35.24 at the NSIC Championships on 2-28-2020.
2019-20: Indoor Track and Field - Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team for a second time... finished with eight top-8 finishes including twice earning runner-up finishes... clocked a personal-best of 43.00 in the 300 meters...ranks ninth all-time at USF indoor with a second place clocking of 59.73 (PR) at the Maverick Invitational on 2-21-2020...also was part of USF's sixth place Distance Medley Relay which clocking a 12:35.24 at the NSIC Championships on 2-28-2020... also ran on the 10th place 4x400 meter relay (4:05.74) at the NSIC Championships on 2-28-2020... had a PR in the 60-meter of 7.97 (finished 11th) at the Maverick Invitational in Mankato, Minn., on 2-21-2020.

2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field - Placed third in the 200 at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invite with a time of 26.85… competed in both the 60 and the 200 at the SDSU Last Chance meet running times of 7.99 in the 60 and 26.52 in the 200… set a personal best time of 7.99 in the 60 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships... named Academic All-NSIC.
Outdoor Track and Field - Placed second in the 100 at the USD Twilight and in the same meet finished third in the 200… ran 12.65 seconds in the 100 and ran a personal best time of 26.27 seconds in the 200… competed in three events at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… ran a leg in both the 4x100 and the 4x400… at the same meet ran a personal best time of 12.56 seconds in the 100... was a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Recipient... named Academic All-NSIC.
2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field - Competed in the 200 and 55 at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational… ran a time of 27.39 seconds in the 200 and a personal best time of 7.53 in the 55… ran a personal best time of 1:02.41 in the 200 at the SDSU DII Invitational… placed second in the 200 at the SDSU Last Chance with a time of 26.73… ran a leg of the 4x400 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships...
