2026 Indoor (Freshman):
-16 top ten finishes
-Recorded a 49.70 400m, 6.90 60m personal best at the WSC Wildcat Invite, placed 8th, 1st

2026 Outdoor (Freshman):
-11 top ten finishes
-Recorded a 21.76 personal best 200m at the Minnesota State Open, placed 9th
-Recorded a 10.68 personal best 100m at the Tim Marshall Open, placed 5th

High School
During his time at Great Plains Lutheran High School, he competed in football, basketball, and track & field. He recorded personal bests of 11.04 in the 100m, 22.42 in the 200m, and 50.24 in the 400m. As for awards, he is a 3x MVP, 1x Conference MVP, 11x state qualifier, and holds 7 school records. He also earned several academic awards. He earned the Presidential Award, was honor roll 3x, and earned the Scholar Athlete Award. 

Personal
He is the son of Darrin and Carolyn Holien and has three siblings, Morgan, Aiden, and Pierce.
