2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field - Finished 24^th in the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships finishing with a height of 1.48m (4’10.25”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Captured the javelin throw title at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 40.35m (132’4”)… added another javelin throw title this time at the USD Twilight and with a personal best throw of 46.51m (152’7”)… garnered All-NSIC honors in the javelin at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships with a throw of 40.67m (133’5”)... was a D2 ADA Academic Achievement Recipient. 

2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field - Finished 21^st in the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships with a height of 1.52m (4’11.75”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Recorded five top three finishes in the javelin throw throughout the outdoor season… started it off by placing first in the javelin at the MIAA v NSIC Showdown with a throw of 42.01m (137’10”)… placed third in the javelin at the Red Raider Open… added another third place finish in the javelin this time at the Mount Marty Twilight… followed that up by placing second in the javelin at the Drake Alternative – Gustavus meet with a throw of 34.82m (114’3”)… competed in the high jump as well as the javelin throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… finished 23^rd in the high jump with a jump of 1.49m (4’10.5”) and earned All-NSIC honors by placing second in the javelin with a throw of 40.24m (132’0”).

2016-17 - Indoor Track and Field - Recorded a personal best in the high jump at the Minnesota State – Multi and Open with a height of 1.59m (5’2.5”)… finished third in the high jump at the Dordt Indoor Invite with a jump of 1.50m (4’11”)… placed second in the high jump at the SDSU DII Invite with a jump of 1.52m (4’11.75”)… competed in the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships and came away with a 12^th place finish with a height of 1.55m (5’1”)... Outdoor Track and Field - Took first in the javelin throw at the Butler-Greeno Dual with a throw of 33.94m (111’4”)… competed in both the high jump and javelin throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… finished 21^st in the high jump and earned All-NSIC honors by placing third in the javelin with a throw of 36.47m (119’9”).
