-Recorded a 12.75 personal best in the Shot Put event at the Mount Marty Opener in January 2023.. placed 5th
-Competed in the Weight Throw and Shot Put events at the 2023 NSIC Indoor Championship
-Awarded NSIC All-Academic Honors in 2023 

2022 Outdoor(FRESHMAN YEAR):

- Recorded a 100m Personal Best of 13.42 at the USD Early Bird 
- Recorded a Javelin Throw Personal Best of 40.09m at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship
