2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field - Placed third in the 60 at the Mines Division II Invite and Multi… captured two event titles at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invite… won the 60 with a personal best time of 7.70 seconds and also won the 200 with a time of 25.82 seconds… placed seventh in the 60 at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships with a time of 7.77 seconds… also finished 12^th in the 200 and ran a leg of the 4x400 that placed ninth at the conference meet... Outdoor Track and Field - Placed second in the 100 at the Minnesota Women’s Twilight with a time of 12.36 seconds… set a personal best in the 200 with a time of 25.44 seconds at the Bryan Clay Invitational… ran a leg of the 4x100 and the open 100 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… finished tenth in the 100 with a personal best time of 12.23 seconds and sixth in the 4x100.

2017-18 - Indoor Track and Field - Captured the 55 meter title at the Dordt Indoor Invitational with a new personal best time of 7.23 seconds… competed in the 60, 4x400 and DMR at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships… placed seventh in the 60 with a time of 7.85, 4x400 relay team placed 12^th and the DMR team placed eight at the conference meet... Outdoor Track and Field - Finished 16^th at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships with a time of 12.56… also ran a leg of the 4x400 at the conference meet that finished 12^th.

2016-17 - Indoor Track and Field - Ran a PR of 1:04.52 in the 400 at the Minnesota State – Multi and Open… won the 55 meter title at the Dordt Indoor Invite with a time of 7.28 seconds… at the same meet placed third in the 200 with a time of 27.03… added another third place finish this time in the 60 at the Minnesota State University – Birdman Open… ran a leg of the 4x400 that finished tenth at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Conference Championships... Outdoor Track and Field - Ran a leg of the 4x100 and 4x400 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Conference Championships… placed ninth in the 4x100 and 12^th in the 4x400.


HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Track and Field... All-Region and All-City in San Gabriel Valley... All-League in Pacific League... fifth place at State Meet in 4x400 meter replay in 2015... PR in 100m of 12.14... PR in 200m of 25.04... Larkin Award... CSF Student... part of Senior Men and Women of AHS.
