Indoor Track and Field - At the SDSU Indoor Classic he placed second in the 5k with a time of 14:38.32… placed first in the 3k at the Stinger Open with a time of 8:34.33… finished third in the 3k at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship in a career-best time of 8:27.09… at the same meet he placed second in the 5k in 14:44.15.

Cross Country --Recorded four top 3 finished throughout the cross country season… started the season with a second place finish at the Augustana Twilight Meet as USF won team title… finished second at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 25:59.4 in 8K… placed third at the Fort Hays State Open in the 8K with a time of 25:04.7… finished second at the NSIC Cross Country Championships in the 8K with a time of 24:35.4… crossed the line in 13th place at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships… placed 80
th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships.
Indoor Track and Field - finished third in the 5K at the SDSU DII Invitational clocking a time of 14:58.90… won the 3K title at the SDSU Last Chance in a time of 8:32.71… placed seventh in the 5K at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships and in the same meet finished fourth in the 3K with a time of 8:33.69.
Outdoor Track and Field - Took the 5K title at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown in a time of 14:44.87… also won the 5K at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in 14:39.04… crowned the 5K champion at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships with a career-best time of 14:36.96 (second all-time at USF) and in the same meet finished second in the 10k with a time of 30:28.04… finished eleventh in the 10k at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 31:02.61… had four top 3 finishes throughout the outdoor season.

Indoor Track and Field - Placed second in the 3K at the MSU Chuck Petersen Open with a time of 8:52.35… finished first in the 5K at the Minnesota State – Alumni Open in a time of 15:19.86… clocked a time of 8:31.37 which was good for third place at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite… ran in two events at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships - placed second in the 5K with a time of 14:48.17 and fifth in the 3K with a time of 8:37.77.
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished second in the 5K at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 15:09.92…crowned the 10K champion at the 2017 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship Meet in a time of 30:45.49… at the same meet he placed second in the 5K with a clocking of 15:01.00.
2015-16 - Cross Country - Placed 32nd at the Northern Sun Cross Country Conference Championships with an 8K time of 27:33.1… followed that up by placing 143
rd at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a 10k time of 34:26.7.
Indoor Track and Field - Finished 12th in the 5K at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships with a time of 15:36.7.
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished 1st in the 5K at the USF Invitational in a time of 15:48.90…won the 10K at the Sioux City Relays in 32:37.70…competed in two events at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships placing second in the 10K and 13th in the 5K by clocking times of 31:18.71 for 10K and 15:27.89 for 5K.
