2018-19 - Indoor Track and Field – Earned first-team All-American honors as a member of the record-setting Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA DII Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 8…DMR clocked a school-record time of 9:48.74 in finishing fourth which was the best result by a USF DMR squad at nationals…On the 400-leg, clocked a 47.81…First in the 600 at the Minnesota State Invitational with a time of 1:21.55… at the Ted Nelson Classic, recorded a time of 1:21.71 for 600 meters which was good for third place… finished second in the 600 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic… at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships clocked 1:21.27 for 600 meters for second place and was sixth as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:25.75)...
Outdoor Track and Field...Placed second in the 400 at the USD Twilight with a time of 49.24… at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays he crossed the line in third place for 400 meters… finished fifth in the 400 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…named to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence in 2018 and a member of the NSIC All-Academic Team.
