th) in the DII Outdoor Meet…has earned five All-NSIC honors in cross country and track and field while receiving the 2017 NSIC Outdoor Newcomer of the Year honor…has made five NCAA DII indoor or outdoor track and field nationals…owns 35 top-three finishes and 11 total titles, including nine in the 2018-19 season…earned Academic All-NSIC honors for second straight year (six total) in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field…on USF’s indoor track and field list ranks second in the mile run at 4:07.76 in 2019, second in the 3K run in 8:19.45 in 2019, second in the 5,000-meer run in 14:18.98 in 2018, third in the 1,000-meter run in 2:27.35 in 2019, seventh in the 800-meter run at 1:55.53 in 2019..part of three of the top five distance medley relay squads in USF history, including the school record relay that ran 9:48.74 at the DII indoor nationals in 2019…also part of 2018 DMR which placed eighth at the DII nationals with a then school mark of 9:55.01 and was part of the 2017 team that earned second team All-American honors indoor with the 10:00.02 clocking in 2017 for fifth all-time…on USF’s outdoor track and field list, part of three records and ranked in top six in five different events…set the school mark in the 1,500 meters of 3:46.64 at the Bryan Clay Invite in 2019…part of the 4x1600 meter relay (Billy Beseman, Lundberg, Jase Kraft, Mason Phillips) that finished second (Oklahoma State) at the Drake Relays in a school mark of 16:40.16 in April 2019...part of the distance medley relay which won the Drake Relays by clocking a school mark of 9:59.80 (Billy Beseman, Trey Fergusoon, Lundberg, Mason Phillips)…ranks fourth all-time in the 5,000 meters with a 14:18.98 clocking on Dec. 8, 2018 at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic in Maryville, Mo…owns sixth-best time all-time at USF in the 800-meters of 1:54.03 at the Sioux City Relays on April 12, 2019.

Cross Country - Placed third at the NSIC Cross Country Championships by running a personal best time of 24:27.1 for 8k…helped USF capture program’s first-ever NSIC title… finished eighth at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships and recorded a personal best time of 30:38.2 for 10K as USF placed third and reached nationals for a second straight year… finished 50
th (33.49.2) at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships…in that race at nationals, was 80
th before surging past 30 competitors in the final 5.2K for his best placing at nationals.
Indoor Track and Field -Ran a personal-best time of 14:18.98 for 5k at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic…champion in the 3K at the SDSU DII Invitational… ran a personal best time of 2:27.35 for 1K at the SDSU Indoor Classic… recorded a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic by placing second with a time of 4:07.76, which ranks second all-time at USF… competed in three events at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships… garnered All-NSIC honors by placing third in the mile with a time of 4:24.65… crowned the conference champion in the 3k by running a personal best time of 8:19.45… finished the conference meet by placing eighth in the 5k… represented the Cougars at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships… finished in fourteenth in the 3k with a time of 8:26.31, also a member of the DMR team that placed fourth to gain All-American honors…selected USTFCCCA All-Region indoors in the 3K, DMR, mile run and 5K.

Indoor Track and Field -Finished in the top three 7 times during the indoor season… finished second in the mile at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi… won the 800 at the Dordt College Indoor Invitational… second in the mile at the SDSU DII Invitational with a clocking of 4:16.25… added another top 3 finish in the mile by placing third at the MSU Open and Multi… won the 1k at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 2:27.92, in the same meet he placed third in the mile running a season best time of 4:11.22… earned All-NSIC honors by placing third in the 1k with a time of 2:31.07 at the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships, in the same meet he placed fourth in the mile with a time of 4:13.44 and placed fourteenth in the 5k with a time of 15:23.19… competed at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships and placed 8
th in the DMR.

Second in the 1500 at the MIAA v NSIC Showdown… finished third in the 1500 at the South Dakota Invite… crossed the line in first place at the Kip Janvrin Open in the 5k with a time of 14:45.23… won the 1500 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in a time of 3:48.49… earned All-NSIC honors in both the 1500 and the 5k at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing third in the 1500 with a time of 3:51.98 and second in the 5k running a time of 14:44.12… earned second-team All-American honors by placing 10th in the 1500 at the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships running a season best and then school record mark of 3:48.06.
2016-17 - Cross Country - finished 17
th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships by clocking 25:14.4 over 8,000-meters… competed at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships and placed 37
th (32:25.1, 10,000 meters) in the race.
Indoor Track and Field -won the mile at the Minnesota State – Alumni Open… placed second in the mile at the SDSU DII Invite with a time of 4:16.94… earned All-NSIC honors by placing third in the 1K at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships, placed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:16.09 and also raced in the 5K at the conference meet… member of the DMR team that finished tenth at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Outdoor Track and Field - took first place in the 800 at the Butler-Greeno Dual, in the same meet placed second in the 1500 running a time of 4:08.03… added another second place finish in the 1500 this time clocking 4:03.03 at the Cal State L.A. Twilight Open… placed eighth in the 800 at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:57.01, took fourth in the 1500 at the conference meet running a time of 3:55.16, added another top eight finish at the conference meet but this time in the 5k clocking a time of 15:20.16…by scoring in three distance events at the league championship, earned the NSIC Men’s Newcomer of the Year award.
HIGH SCHOOL: From Omaha, Nebraska where he attended Omaha North High School... personal bests of- 800m 1:56, 1600m 4:20, 3200m 9:26.
