2016 (SENIOR): Recorded a final record of 12-8 in singles with a 7-4 NSIC record… 17 matches came in the No. 4 slot… recorded a 15-5 doubles record with Abby Seigenthaler… named to the NSIC All-Academic Team… earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors and helped the Cougars to an ITA All-Academic Team award… helped the Cougars to their most successful season in Division II history advancing to their fourth consecutive NSIC Tournament, the Cougars broke through with a 5-2 win over St. Cloud State for their first postseason victory as a member of NCAA Division II

2015 (JUNIOR): was named to the NSIC Honorable Mention Team in doubles… Compiled an 8-9 overall singles record with a 6-5 NSIC record… competed at No. 2 and No. 3 singles…went 10-9 overall in doubles… teamed with Joey Bosch for an overall 9-7 record and a 7-3 NSIC doubles record… named to the NSIC All-Academic Team

2014 (SOPHOMORE): Finished with a 6-9 (3-6 NSIC) record… competed at No. 2 singles… went 4-9 in combination of No. 1 and No. 2 doubles… majority of time was teamed with Joey Bosch… named to the NSIC All-Academic Team

2013 (FRESHMAN): Finished her first year as a Cougar with a 2-14 (2-9 NSIC) record in a combination of No. 2 (0-10) and No. 3 (2-4) singles…recorded her first match win (6-2, 6-0) on March 23 against MSU Moorhead’s Cassie Smith…went 2-14 in a combination of no. 1 and no. 2 doubles…teamed with Karlee Sieve, won two matches in a row against MSU Moorhead and Southwest Minnesota State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three time South Western Indiana Athletic Conference singles champion (2010-12) for North Daviess…two-time all area player of the year who went 19-1 as a junior and 18-1 as a senior…finished her high school with a career mark of 64-19, which stands as the most career victories in school history…named a top-15 player in Indiana District IV in 2011…took home the singles sectional crown in 2010 & 2011…semi-state qualifier (2011) and four-time MVP for the Cougars…also played volleyball…member of student council, class officers, National Beta Society, FCA, 4-H and Junior Leaders…volunteered with the Red Cross.  
PERSONAL: Born in Odon, Ind., she is the daughter of Robert and Jane Ann Beard... has one brother, Stephen (24) ...business administration major…favorite professional athlete is Tim Tebow because of his strong faith and service to those who are less fortunate…she is a 10 year member of 4-H and has traveled to show cattle every year…the first member of her immediate family not to attend college at Purdue or another university in the state of Indiana.
Why Stacey Chose USF: “Personally, I chose USF because of the small community feeling and the Christian foundation. When I met the tennis staff and the girls, I felt that it was more than a program; it was a family, and I wanted to be a part of it.”
