Biography
High School
Elsmore graduated from Pine Island High School in Pine Island, Minnesota, where she competed in soccer, wrestling, softball, trap, flag football, and cross country for the Panthers. She was a Minnesota Honor Society member, earned Academic All-State recognition, and completed Honors English. In athletics, she was a state champion in wrestling, a two-time state runner-up, a third-place finisher, a section champion, and a five-time All-American. She was also nominated for Rochester’s Female Athlete of the Year. In soccer, she was part of two section championship teams and two state-qualifying teams, and in cross country she earned HVL All-Conference honors. She also trained with Pinnacle Wrestling.

Elsmore is the daughter of Deanna Elsmore and has two siblings, Michael (16) and Jacob (12).
