Following a storied high school career as a four-time state qualifier with 176 career wins, he made an immediate impact on the university wrestling circuit. Known as a dangerous pinfall specialist with an elite ability to secure bonus points for his team, he has racked up an impressive tally of career falls across three seasons, while simultaneously achieving top academic honors as an NSIC All-Academic award recipient during his 2025–2026 junior campaign.
2025-2026 (Junior):
During his junior season, continued to serve as a vital leader for the program, pairing athletic excellence with classroom distinction to earn the prestigious NSIC All-Academic award. On the mat, he captured 7 victories and accumulated 71 match points. Solidified his reputation as an aggressive finisher by securing 5 of his victories via fall, complementing his season record with one major decision and one decision.
2024-2025 (Sophomore):
Put together a strong sophomore campaign, wrestling a highly competitive schedule to finish with an 11-14 overall record. Demonstrated strong tournament endurance by placing at multiple major events, securing 5th-place finishes at both the Haws/Elton Rumble and the Jimmie Open, alongside an 8th-place finish at the highly competitive Augsburg Invite. Contributed 26.5 match points to the lineup, highlighted by 5 falls, one major decision, and 5 decisions.
2023-2024 (Freshman):
Made a major splash during his freshman season, putting together a winning 11-9 overall record and a 1-1 mark in NSIC duals. Emerged as a frontrunner in early-season tournaments, capturing a runner-up 2nd-place finish at the Haws/Elton 4-Team Rumble and placing 8th at the Yellowjacket Open. Showcased exceptional offensive output by amassing 120 match points on the year, weaponizing bonus points with 5 falls, one technical fall, and one major decision alongside three decision victories.
HIGH SCHOOL:
An extraordinary multi-sport standout for the Lancers, competing at a high level in football, golf, and wrestling. Established himself as one of the state's premier lightweight competitors, becoming a four-time state qualifier, a two-time state tournament placer, and compiling a massive 176 career high school victories. Sharpened his skills year-round by competing at the elite club level with both the Thor Wrestling Club and the Mustang Wrestling Club.
