Maura Chadwick enters her fifth season with the University of Sioux Falls Women's Volleyball program in 2026 and her first as Associate Head Coach, continuing her role specializing in defense and serve receive.

In addition to the team's success on the court, Chadwick helped foster a culture of academic excellence. During the 2025 season, the Cougars produced six NSIC Team of Excellence honorees, five NSIC All-Academic selections, and four CSC Academic All-District recipients.
In 2024, USF finished with a 15-12 overall record and an eighth-place finish in the NSIC standings. The Cougars had eight student-athletes earn NSIC Team of Excellence honors and four receive NSIC All-Academic recognition.
Prior to joining USF, Chadwick served as both a graduate assistant and volunteer assistant coach at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Specializing in defense and serve receive, she helped the Wolves capture the 2019 NSIC Championship and finish eighth in the AVCA Division II poll. Following her time at Northern State, she served as an assistant coach at Presentation College in Aberdeen.
Chadwick was a three-year letterwinner at Simpson College, where she earned Freshman of the Year honors in 2015 and was a two-time Academic All-Conference selection. She graduated from Simpson in 2019 with degrees in athletic training and exercise science and a minor in coaching.
A native of Bemidji, Minnesota, Chadwick was a two-time Academic All-State selection in volleyball at Bemidji High School. She was also a two-year letterwinner in basketball, a three-year letterwinner in track and field, and a member of the National Honor Society.
