Carley Neumann is in her third season as associate head women's basketball coach at the University of Sioux Falls.
Neumann returns to USF following a three-year stint at Presentation College in Aberdeen, S.D. She spent one season as the assistant coach followed by two seasons as the head coach of the Saints women's basketball team.
Prior to Presentation, Neumann spent the 2019-20 season as the assistant women's basketball coach here at USF where the Cougars posted a 26-6 overall record while being crowned the 2020 NSIC South Division Champions. Sioux Falls earned the No. 3 seed in the NCAA DII regional tournament that season before their season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
From 2015-2019, Neumann served as the assistant coach at St. Cloud State where she helped lead the huskies to a 60-50 overall mark.
Prior to her coaching career, Neumann had a stellar four-year career at St. Cloud State where she helped lead the Huskies to a NSIC North Division Championship in 2013. She finished her career with 447 points with 106 assists in 97 games played. In the classroom, she was a three-time NSIC All-Academic team member while earning the prestigious Myles Brand award her senior year.
A Cambridge, Wisconsin native, Neumann returns to USF along with her fiancé and will resume her roles starting June 1, 2023.
