SIOUX FALLS - The University of Sioux Falls Volleyball Team (11-3) is ranked No. 24 (tied with Barry) in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll: Week 5 released this week (Oct. 7).
USF, which has been ranked three straight weeks, is coming off loss to No. 19 Winona State and No. 18 Upper Iowa. Directed by head coach
Joel McCartney, the Cougars were ranked for the first time in school history on Sept. 16 at No. 24. USF has advanced as high as No. 19 after a school-record 11-0 start to the season. On Oct. 11, the Cougars will travel to face Minnesota State for a 6 p.m., match in Mankato, Minn., before facing No. 7 Concordia St. Paul at 5 p.m., on Oct. 12 in St. Paul, Minn.
