BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The University of Sioux Falls Women's Basketball Team (21-7) have earned the No. 2 seed in the NSIC South and will host Minnesota Crookston (10-18), the No. 7 seed from the North on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., at the Stewart Center as the 2019 NSIC / Sanford Health Women's Basketball Tournament opens.
The NSIC released the
tournament bracket on Saturday night. MSU Moorhead earned its third straight overall NSIC Title and fourth straight NSIC North Division Championship as they finished the regular season at 19-3. Concordia-St. Paul earned the South Division title with a 17-5 record. Tickets for the USF-Minnesota Crookston game will be $12 for adults and $2 for students.

The first round of the tournament is set for Wednesday, February 27 played on the campus of the top four seeds in each division. The quarterfinals, semifinals and championship will take place on March 2, 4-5 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
