Sioux Falls, SD – In a packed Stewart Center, The USF volleyball team sweeps cross-town rival Augustana to move to 13-9 on the season.

Augustana at USF (19-25, 19-25, 23-25)

• Attack: USF landed 43 kills against the Vikings led by freshman, Sadie Voss with 13 on the night. Courtney Holsteen (11), Jordan Kuper (8), and Nicole Jacobson & Jordyn Hamm each had 4 kills apiece in the match.
• Service Line: Elise Gillen led the Cougars with two aces on the day, followed by Sadie Voss getting a point of her own via ace in the match.
• Team Effort: Elise Gillen dished out 23 assists on the night followed by Davis Guetterman with 13, and Caitlin Kellner with 2 assists on the day. Caitlin Kellner (16), Nicole Jacobson (10), and Sadie Voss (8) combined for 34 of the team's 46 digs on the day.
• Standing Tall: The Cougars put down nine blocks on Augustana, led by Jordyn Hamm (6), Brooklyn Albrect (4), and Nicole Jacobson (2).

Overall

• USF sweeps Augustana who coming into the match had the same conference record as one another. A big victory for the Coo as they close in on the final two weeks of the regular season. A great way to go into a schedule ahead with ranked teams and important matchups as the Cougars work to earn a spot in the NSIC tournament.
• Thus far in the season, the Cougars are led by:

• USF will look to build on the big victory when they'll host SMSU on Tuesday night in Sioux Falls at the Stewart Center at 6 p.m.
