The Cougars took on Northern State in Aberdeen, SD with a start time of 6 p.m. today. USF's Caroline Titze faced seven shots in the first half of the match, with four saves. The Wolves found the back of the net in the 26th minute to take a 1-0 lead going into the 2nd half of play.
As the 2nd half got underway, the Cougars and Wolves exchanged possession and it was in the 53rd minute to take a 2-0 lead on the evening. USF faced eight shots with four saves in the second half of play. The Cougars will look to rebound when they'll to Moorhead to face the Dragons at 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
