CHADRON – USF Volleyball tallied three wins on the weekend with two of them coming today as they defeated Minot State and Chadron State in the final day of the Chadron State College Tournament.
Game 1 – Minot State
·      The Cougars defeated MISU in three sets with a .320 attacking percentage while holding the Beavers to just a .087 attacking percentage
·      USF tallied 53 points in three sets and only gave up 36
·      Grace Hanel led the team in kills with 12 as the Cougars collected 44 kills as a whole
Game 1 – Team Leaders
·      Grace Hanel: 12 kills
·      Jordyn Hamm: 11 kills, 3 blocks
·      Anna Ruhland: 6 kills, 2 blocks
·      Brynn Askew: 3 aces, 1 assist, 8 digs
·      Nicole Jacobson: 1 ace, 1 block, 8 digs
·      Davis Guetterman: 1 ace, 14 assists
·      Elise Gillen: 26 assists, 7 digs
Game 2 – Chadron State
·      USF outscored Chadron State 63 to 37 in three sets
·      The Cougars landed 52 kills while holding the Eagles to 29
·      Sioux Falls led the attacking game with 115 total attacks in game 2

·      Sadie Voss: 19 kills, 1 ace, 9 digs
·      Grace Hanel: 9 kills
·      Courtney Holsteen: 8 kills, 2 blocks
·      Brynn Askew: 3 aces, 3 assists, 10 digs
·      Nicole Jacobson: 1 ace, 8 digs
·      Jordyn Hamm: 3 blocks
·      Chessa Devine: 3 blocks
·      Elise Gillen: 26 assists
·      Davis Guetterman: 19 assists
