SIOUX FALLS, SD - Cougar Swimming finished the final day of the Augie Invite with a total of 34 career bests, 59 season bests and 2 B-cut times over the course of the weekend.

Emily Groom placed 3rd in the 'B' Final of the 100 IM tonight at 1:01.41 along with Emily Aten in 9th at 1:02.67.

In the 200 Backstroke, Domenica Solano Ocampo clocked in at 2:05.29 in the 'A' Final with a 7th place finish. Alessia Moro came in 9th of the 'B' Final at 2:10.99 with Phoebe Mosley finishing 4th in 'C' Final at 2:10.53.

Ursula Demarquet-Alban claimed the top spot in the 'D' Final of the 100 freestyle at 53.45.

Inte Pas* defeated DI swimmer Taylor Buhr of USD to claim the title in the 200 breaststroke at 2:16.11. Abby Ford finished 2nd in the 'C' Final at 2:30.93.

Phini Schumacher* clocked in at 2:05.62 in the 'A' final of the 200 butterfly with Valerie Childs in 5th at 2:07.40.  Hannah Warmbrand claimed 9th in the 'B' Final at 2:19.99 along with Aten taking 1st in the 'C' Final at 2:16.83.

Childs, Inn She Yap, Solano Ocampo* and Schumacher* took 4th in the 400 freestyle relay at 3:29.55 and Valentina Brunelli, Demarquet-Alban, Aten and Moro in 10th at 3:37.52.

Moro rounded out the top-3 in the 1650 freestyle at 17:21.64 followed by Sarah Knox in 4th at 17:52.44. Weronika Mrozek clocked in at 17:58.63 for a 7th place finish to round out the evening.
