SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Cougar Soccer took on Concordia - St. Paul in their final game of the 2023 season resulting in a 0-0 draw to end the season 3-11-3 overall and 3-8-3 in NSIC play.
USF forced five shots tonight with one on goal. Sarah Miller and Julia Kreutner accounted for two shots apiece with Kreutner landing the Cougars lone shot on goal.
Sioux Falls goalie Caroline Titze recorded her first shutout of the season, third overall, while saving 11-of-11 shots on goal this evening bringing her season total to a career high of 105 saves.
Tonight's match marks the end of the 2023 season for the Coo. USF forced 11 goals on the season, their highest since 2019, while averaging 7.9 shots per game. The Cougars went 1-for-2 in penalty kicks on the year and recorded 56 corner kicks while Delani Daubman and Titze combined for 141 saves over 17 games.
