ORLANDO – The University of Sioux Falls tennis team continued their winning streak against King's College with a 7-0 sweep to secure their fourth consecutive team win.
The Cougars are now 5-2 on the season.
DOUBLES RESULTS
Emily Thinnsen and Alissa Thorfinnson were today's No. 1 doubles team while picking up a 6-1 victory over Ashley Kenia and Hailey D'Amato of King's College.
Emily Brace and Brianna Holm took on Braelan Drollas and Payton Lloyd and swept their match with a score of 6-0.
Emma Rangel and Annika Randt picked up the Cougars third doubles victory with a forfeit by the Monarchs.
SINGLES RESULTS
Sydney Osburn picked up her fourth consecutive singles victory of the year with set scores of 6-3 and 6-1.
Thinnsen also extended her singles winning streak to four with a match victory of 6-2, 6-0.
Rangel picked up her first singles win of her career with a 6-0 sweep in the first set and a score up 6-1 in the second set.
Randt secured her first singles victory of the 2023 season with a 6-1, 6-0 score.
Jaelyn Haler also nabbed her first career singles victory with a score of 6-1, 6-0.
Brace took her singles match by forfeit as the Cougars swept the singles portion of the day 6-0.
