SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced the 2023 NCAA Division II Scholar All-America Teams with USF Swimming earning a spot. Elizabeth Spaans and Domenica Solano Ocampo secured Second Team Scholar All-American honors as well for the program.
The USF Swim team posted a 3.61 team GPA this past season to lead the NSIC on the women's side. Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2023 team grade point averages and represent 17,497 student-athletes.
There were a total of 356 Division II individual student-athletes named to this years Scholar All-America team with 194 of them being women. The Cougars were proudly represented by All-American Elizabeth Spaans and junior Domenica Solano Ocampo.
