BURNSVILLE, MINN. - Phini Schneider of USF Swimming picked up the NSIC Swimmer of the Week honor today.
Schneider, a sophomore from Berlin, Germany, returned to The Coo following a solid freshman campaign with numerous broken records and a conference title in the 100 Yard Fly.
This pass weekend, Schneider helped lead the Cougars to a 150-144 win over Concordia-St. Paul while she recorded three individual titles and one relay title. Currently she sits third in NCAA Division II in the 50 Yard Fly with a time of 26.47. Over the weekend she also won the 100 Yard Fly with a time of 58.44, the 200 Yard IM with a time of 2:14.29 and the 200 Yard Medley relay with her teammates Isabella Perkins, Inte Pas & Charlotte Gibbs.

USF will head to Moorhead, Minnesota for the Dragon Tri-Dual on October 18th and 19th.
