MINOT, N.D. – Cougar Volleyball powered past Minot State in a dominant three-set sweep to advance to 14-11 on the season and 9-8 in NSIC play.

Sioux Falls showcased a balanced offensive attack with 48 kills and a team hitting percentage of .229. Anna Ruhland led the charge with an efficient 8 kills on a .467 hitting percentage, supported by Jordan Kuper's .417 clip.
USF began with a 25-22 win in set one, overcoming five ties and two lead changes. Jordyn Hamm's 7 kills set the tone early.
The Cougars hit their stride, dominating with a .333 hitting percentage in set two. Precision setting from Elise Gillen, who tallied 20 assists, enabled a smooth 25-18 finish.
Sioux Falls closed the night and secured the sweep with a convincing 25-14 score in set three
