HUDSON, WISC – The USF Women's Golf team closed out the win at the Fall Brawl today as
Maggie Veenendall took 2
nd.
The Cougars entered the day with a 9 stroke lead on the field and held together long enough during a day where most teams struggled. They finished at 66-over 634 with their first team win of the season.
Maggie Veenendall had been outpaced by a couple younger teammates on day one but she reclaimed her place at the top with a +3 day that vaulted her into 2
nd at the tournament.
Tanna Phares continued a memorable outing with a 4
th place finish giving the Coo 2 of the top 5 golfers at the event.
