USF Women’s Basketball Announces Four Standout Recruits for 2025

The University of Sioux Falls Women's Basketball program is thrilled to announce the signing of four talented recruits for the 2025 season. Head Coach Travis Traphagen expressed his enthusiasm for the new class, stating, "I think we hit a home run on this recruiting class. We touched on all the needs this program had. We have added a lot of great players from winning programs. We have a very young team at the moment, and adding these four players will continue us in the direction that we want to head. We expect a lot from these players early in their careers."

These dynamic student-athletes bring a wealth of skills, impressive accolades, and a commitment to both athletic and academic excellence, continuing the Cougars' tradition of success.


Krista Langager (Center, Sisseton, SD)

Krista LangagerKrista Langager, a 6'0" center from Sisseton High School, has been a dominant presence on the court throughout her high school career. A two-time All-State honoree, including First Team honors in 2024, Krista has also been named to the All-Tournament Team twice. Her impressive averages of 20.4 points and 9 rebounds per game, combined with a 68% field goal percentage, highlight her efficiency in the paint. Also excelling in volleyball and track, Krista is a multi-sport athlete who plans to major in Dental or Business studies at USF.


Anna Fronk (Guard, Bangor, WI)

Hailing from Bangor High School in Wisconsin, Anna Fronk is a versatile guard known for her playmaking and scoring ability. She averaged 19.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.6 steals, and 2.8 assists per game during her junior season, earning two first-team All-State honors. Off the court, Anna's 4.28 GPA and leadership roles as NHS president and student council member showcase her dedication to excellence. Anna plans to major in Biology or Psychology as she joins the Cougar family.
 


Maya Dolliver (Guard, Pender, NE)

Maya DolliverA sharp-shooting guard from Pender High School, Maya Dolliver brings scoring prowess and a defensive edge to USF. She averaged 15 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.4 steals per game, shooting an impressive 43% from beyond the arc. Maya's accolades include being named Class C2 and D1 All-State First Team Honorary Captain and earning First Team All-Conference honors three times. A multi-sport athlete, Maya has excelled in softball, volleyball, and track. She plans to pursue a Nursing degree at USF.
 


Dani Coleman (Forward, Lakeville, MN)

Dani ColemanThe 6'0" forward from Lakeville South High School, Dani Coleman, brings versatility and efficiency to the Cougars. Dani was named South Suburban Conference All-Conference in 2023-24, following an Honorable Mention nod the year before. She averaged 13.5 points per game during her junior year, shooting 48% from the field and 82% from the free-throw line. Her strong academics, including consistent A Honor Roll recognition, underscore her well-rounded commitment. Dani is currently undecided on her academic major.
