CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Sioux Falls Volleyball team capped off a dominant weekend of play with a 3-0 sweep (25-13, 25-13, 25-14) over Minnesota Crookston this afternoon inside Lysaker Gymnasium.
With the victory, the Cougars improved to 13-9 overall and 8-6 in NSIC play, finishing the week a perfect 3-0 while dropping just one set across three matches.
Match Summary
The Cougars controlled the match from start to finish, hitting a .442 as a team while holding the Golden Eagles to just .087. Sioux Falls opened the match with a 7-0 run in the first set and never looked back, recording 49 total kills and six service aces across three efficient frames.
USF's offensive rhythm was on full display, with five players hitting above .350 and the team recording just seven attack errors in 95 swings. The sweep capped a statement week for the Cougars, who defeated No. 17 Southwest Minnesota State, MSU Moorhead, and Minnesota Crookston to continue climbing the NSIC standings.

Sadie Voss led the way with 12 kills, hitting .600 with 10 digs and an ace for her 11th double-double of the season.

Courtney Holsteen and Kyleigh Tangen each added 10 kills, combining for 20 points on .529 and .368 hitting respectively.

Ella Walker was dominant at the net with seven kills on .667 hitting, while Abby Haus added two blocks to combine for 10.5 points.

Elise Gillen paced the attack with 26 assists, six digs, and an ace, while Liz Kopp contributed 13 assists, six digs, and an ace.

Lucy Larson provided three service aces and five digs from the back row to help close out the sweep.
As a unit, Sioux Falls posted 48 digs, five total blocks, and six aces, showcasing one of their most complete performances of the season.
