MOORHEAD, Minn. – The University of Sioux Falls Volleyball team continued its late-season momentum with a commanding 3-0 sweep (27-25, 25-19, 25-20) over MSU Moorhead on Friday evening inside Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse.
With the win, the Cougars improve to 12-9 overall and 7-6 in NSIC play, marking their second straight conference victory and another strong road performance.
Match Summary
The Cougars set the tone early with a hard-fought opening set, rallying from multiple deficits before closing out a 27-25 win behind clutch kills from Sadie Voss and Abby Haus. Sioux Falls carried that momentum forward, dominating the net in the second frame with five team blocks and efficient hitting to take a 25-19 victory. The Cougars sealed the sweep in the third, using a balanced attack and timely serving to finish off the Dragons 25-20.
USF hit an impressive .274 as a team while limiting MSU Moorhead to just .157 hitting. The Cougars posted 49 kills, nine total blocks, and 38 digs in a well-rounded performance.

Sadie Voss led the offense with a match-high 18 kills on an outstanding .452 hitting percentage, while adding 12 digs and three solo blocks.

Tatum Godinez and Ella Walker each added nine kills, with Walker leading the blocking effort with four solo blocks.

Courtney Holsteen contributed seven kills on .313 hitting, while Haus chipped in five kills and a block.

Elise Gillen and Liz Kopp combined for 39 assists, pacing a balanced offensive rhythm.
