FORT SMITH, ARK. – The University of Sioux Falls Women's Golf team continued its spring season at the Hardscrabble Invitational, finishing 16th at Hardscrabble Country Club. The Cougars posted a three-round total of 985, gaining valuable experience on a challenging course against a strong regional field.
Tournament Recap
USF opened with a 320 in the first round before dropping in round two with a 333. The Cougars closed out the tournament with a 332 in the final round, finishing with a 985 (+145) overall. While the team faced difficult scoring conditions, there were individual highlights throughout the event, including 13 total birdies and several strong stretches of play.

Key Coo
Leading the way for USF was Brynn Huber, who finished tied for 50th with a three-round score of 245 (+35). Huber carded a pair of 80s (+10) in round one and three to anchor the Cougars.
Avery Nelson followed closely behind, tying for 53rd at 246 (+36). Tanna Phares and Maggie Veenendall also posted top-75 finishes.
