USF Men’s Golf Continues Recruiting Momentum with Signing of Noah Teeter

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The University of Sioux Falls Men's Golf program has added another talented competitor to its 2026–27 recruiting class as Noah Teeter of Albert Lea, Minnesota has officially signed to continue his academic and athletic career with the Cougars.

One of the top prep golfers in Minnesota, Teeter arrives at USF following a decorated career at Albert Lea High School highlighted by multiple all-conference honors and a podium finish at the state tournament. Known for his consistency and all-around athletic ability, Teeter brings championship experience and strong academic credentials to a Cougar program continuing to build for the future under head coach Wade Merry.

Teeter established himself as one of the premier golfers in the state of Minnesota during his high school career, highlighted by a strong showing at the state championships and multiple conference accolades.Noah Teeter 1x1

  • Tied for third place at the 2025 Minnesota Class AA State Tournament with rounds of 72 and 73, earning All-State honors
  • Two-time Minnesota State Tournament participant
  • Two-time All-Conference selection
  • 2024 Conference Champion
  • Five-time letter winner in golf at Albert Lea High School
  • Multi-sport athlete who also competes in football and basketball

Teeter comes from a strong athletic family background. His brother, Drew, currently plays golf at South Dakota State University. His father, Donnie, competed collegiately in golf at Iowa State, while his grandfather was a member of the historic 1969 Drake University basketball team that advanced to the NCAA Final Four.

The son of Donnie and Angie Teeter, Noah brings a blend of competitive success, athletic versatility, and strong character to the Cougars' incoming class.
