BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The University of Sioux Falls women's tennis team was recognized with five All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference honors as the league announced its 2026 postseason awards following another strong campaign for the Cougars, who made their eighth consecutive NSIC Tournament appearance and finished third in the conference standings.
Leading the way for Sioux Falls was junior Chloe Siegfort, who earned First Team All-NSIC Singles honors after anchoring the Cougars at the top of the lineup throughout the season. Siegfort also added Second Team All-NSIC Doubles recognition alongside sophomore partner Sofiya Janos, highlighting her standout all-around season.
Senior duo Sydney Osburn and Ella Hancock were named First Team All-NSIC Doubles, recognizing one of the conference's most consistent and competitive pairings. The veteran tandem played a pivotal role in helping the Cougars secure momentum throughout conference play and contributed heavily to the team's postseason push.
Osburn and Hancock also collected Second Team All-NSIC Singles honors, giving each senior multiple all-conference distinctions to cap impressive collegiate careers in purple and white.
The five All-Conference selections continue a strong tradition for the Cougar program, which remained among the NSIC's top teams in 2026 and once again earned a trip to postseason play.
USF 2026 All-NSIC Honorees
Chloe Siegfort
Junior Chloe Siegfort earned First Team All-NSIC Singles and Second Team All-NSIC Doubles honors after serving as one of the Cougars' top competitors throughout the 2025-26 season. Competing primarily at No. 1 singles, Siegfort battled the conference's toughest matchups while posting five singles victories, including a 4-4 mark in NSIC play. In doubles, she teamed with sophomore Sofiya Janos to secure five wins, including four in conference action, establishing themselves as one of the league's most respected pairings.
Sydney Osburn
A senior leader for the Cougars, Sydney Osburn capped her collegiate career with a pair of all-conference honors, earning Second Team All-NSIC Singles and First Team All-NSIC Doubles recognition. Osburn finished the season with a 9-9 singles record, including a strong 6-4 mark in NSIC competition while splitting time between the No. 2 and No. 3 positions. In doubles, she formed one of the NSIC's top tandems alongside Ella Hancock, posting an impressive 11-7 overall record and a dominant 9-1 conference mark.
Ella Hancock
Rapid City native Ella Hancock closed out an outstanding senior campaign by earning Second Team All-NSIC Singles and First Team All-NSIC Doubles honors. Hancock posted an 8-8 singles record on the season, highlighted by a 7-3 mark in conference play while competing primarily at No. 4 singles. In doubles action, Hancock paired with Sydney Osburn to become one of the conference's most consistent duos, compiling an 11-7 overall record and a stellar 9-1 NSIC mark.
Sofiya Janos
Sophomore Sofiya Janos earned Second Team All-NSIC Doubles honors after helping anchor the Cougar doubles lineup throughout the season. Partnering primarily with Chloe Siegfort, Janos helped the duo record five doubles victories, including a 4-4 mark in conference play while consistently competing in the top doubles flight. Janos also contributed in singles play, finishing with six victories, including five in NSIC action.
