2012 (JUNIOR): Served as USF's primary goalkeeper...started in 11 games...also made four relief appearances in net...ranked 10th in the NSIC for saves (82)...allowed just 43 goals to chart a .656 save percentage.

2010-11 (FRESHMAN & SOPHOMORE): Two-year captain and starter at Pratt Community College...KJCCC all-conference HM...holds records for most games and minutes played, most shut outs, and most saves in a game.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Roosevelt...lettered in soccer, bowling, basketball, and softball...all-state honorable mention in soccer...six-time member of the all-city soccer team and five-time captain...three-time all-city team member and captain in softball...student council treasurer, NHS and honor roll (4 yrs.), Class Valedictorian...Athena Award Winner.

PERSONAL: Born June 18, 1992...daughter of Kim and Rick Cook...has three siblings...aspires to become a zoologist.
