2011: Limited to six games due to early season injury… bounced back to make a few key plays in the final five games of the season, the biggest coming in a fourth quarter comeback win over Minot State in week 8 (10/29) when his 2-yard touchdown reception sparked a 20-point turnaround for USF…  pulled in a season-long 34 yard catch against Black Hills (10/15)…  finished with three catches for 49 yards and one touchdown…  also ran the ball three times to record 11 rushing yards… tallied three tackles on special teams.

Portland State University: Nakamoto was a two year lettermen at Portland State University, earning special teams player of the year as a freshman... High School: member of the cougars back to back C.I.F. championship football team. Nakamoto earned 1st team all-league honors while prepping at Norco High School...
