2007: Benedetto played in all 14 games for the Cougars, tallying 32.5 tackles on the season, 8 pass break ups and recorded three interceptions, two coming in the Championship Series. 2006: Appeared in 12 games and recorded 14.5 tackles. 2005: Played in seven games as a redshirt freshman. Recorded 13 tackles and one interception. 2004: Redshirted.
