Biography

2013 (FRESHMAN):  Played in four games for the Cougars during her freshman season…through three games compiled an ERA of 4.91 with 3 strikeouts…gave up 6 earned runs against St. Cloud to drop her season ERA to 12.00. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time all-North Central conference second team selection for Hampton-Dumont...a five-year varsity player that went 14-9 in the circle as a senior with an ERA of 1.46...struck out 173 batters while walking 29...Ritland also had a team-high 18 RBI with 27 hits and a .313 batting average...posted an 11-7 mark as a junior (1.67 ERA) with 131 strikeouts and 33 walks (3.97 K/BB).

PERSONAL: Daughter of Rick and Deb Ritland…has a sister, Sarah (26) and a brother, Tyler (20)…biology major…wants to work in the field of wildlife rehabilitation…also plays volleyball at USF.
