Biography

2012 (JUNIOR): Appeared in only 11 games due to injury...finished with three hits, including a triple...drew two walks...recorded 12 putouts, 11 assists and a pair of errors in eight total starts.

2011 (SOPHOMORE): Batted .286 (10-for-35) in 19 games...collected two RBI and drew seven walks, 0-2 record and two strikeouts in six mound appearances (10 IP). 2010: Hit .250 with seven RBI...also scored 11 runs and drew 7 walks...tallied eight strikeouts in 25 2/3 innings of work.

HIGH SCHOOL: played softball and volleyball for Rancho Buena Vista H.S....named Defensive Player of the Year in softball as a senior...member of Character Leaders and Link Crew.

PERSONAL: daughter of Michael and Rene Brylla...has two sisters, Nikki (29) and Lyndi (17), and three brothers, Shaun (26), Taylor (19) and Rusty (15)...criminal justice major...wants to work as a high school counselor or with a juvenile detention center...favorite athlete is Josh Hamilton.
