2011 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Made 2 appearances and 1 start on the mound. Recorded a 0-1 record with a 7.50 ERA.

2010 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Appeared in 10 games as a first baseman and had eight at bats. Also faced three batters in 1.0 innings pitched.

2009 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball and basketball for Yankton High School...all-region baseball player for the Bucks.

PERSONAL: son of Joe and Patti Vig...has three older siblings, Julie, Melanie and Mason.
