 Career: started all 86 career games…has totaled 897 points (10.4 ppg), 609 rebounds (7.1 rpg), 54 assists (.6 apg), and 111 block (1.3 bpg)… has shot 347-of-725 (47.8%) from the field… 203-of-319 (63.6%) from the free throw line… posted a career high of 31 points vs. Minnesota St. Mankato on Jan. 23, 2016… career high of 17 rebounds in win vs. Augustana in 2013-14 season… career high of six blocks vs. Minnesota Duluth on Jan. 30, 2015…averaged 15.8 points and 7.5 rebounds in 2016 NSIC Tournament… named 2016 First Team All NSIC Tournament… scored 12 points in National Tournament Opening Round Game vs. Pittsburg St in 2016….contributed to the 1.37 assist to turnover ratio for the Cougars in 2016, Cougars became assist/turnover NCAA champion in 2016… contributed to USF’s program tying best 27 wins including NSIC Champions in 2016… awarded NSIC Second Team All-Conference Team in 2015… ranked 31st in NCAA Division II in blocked shots in 2015… earning NSIC Freshman of the Year honors after averaging 8.0 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in 2013-14 season…

2015-16 (JUNIOR): started 33 games… totaled 388 points (11.8 ppg), 220 rebounds (6.7 rpg), and 17 assists (.5 apg)…also recorded 35 blocks…  posted a career high of 31 points on 10-of-17 shooting from the field and 11-of-15 from the free throw line vs. Minnesota St. Mankato on Jan. 23, game also included a season high of 12 rebounds… matched season high of 12 rebounds vs. Southwest Minnesota St…. dished out season high of three assists vs. Upper Iowa on Jan. 9… posted 15 games of double digits including seven games of 20 points or more… this included a three game sequence of 23 points vs. Concordia St. Paul, 23 points vs. Minnesota Duluth, and 22 points vs. Minnesota Crookston… averaged 15.8 points and 7.5 rebounds in NSIC Tournament… named First Team All NSIC Tournament… scored 12 points in National Tournament Opening Round Game vs. Pittsburg St…. … contributed to the 1.37 assist to turnover ratio for the Cougars, Cougars became assist/turnover NCAA champion… contributed to USF’s program tying best 27 wins including NSIC Champions

 2014-15 (SOPHOMORE): awarded NSIC Second Team All-Conference Team…started 27 games… totaled 300 points (11.1 ppg), 210 rebounds (7.8 rpg), and 21 assists (.8 apg)… also recorded 55 blocks (2.0 bpg)… shot 127-of-240 (52.9%)… posted a career high of 24 points on 10-of-16 shooting vs. Minot St. on Dec. 12… grabbed a season high of 14 rebounds vs. Minnesota St. Mankato on Feb. 20… had a career high of four assists vs. Presentation on Nov. 14…recorded a high of six blocks vs. Minnesota Duluth on Jan. 30… had 17 games of double figure points… recorded 21 games of five or more rebounds including nine double digit rebound games… ranked 4th in NSIC in rebounds per game, 2nd in field goal percentage, 4th in total blocked shots… blocked shot total also ranked 31st in NCAA Division II

2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Impressive in her first season with the Cougars, earning NSIC Freshman of the Year honors after averaging 8.0 points and 6.9 rebounds per game…recorded five double-doubles throughout the season which was the second most on the team…scored a career-high 16 points against Nebraska-Kearney…career-high in rebounds came against Augustana when she grabbed 17 rebounds in the Cougars victory over the Vikings…reached double-digit scoring in 11 games…second on the team in rebounds with an average of 6.9 per game and led the Cougars in offensive rebounds by averaging 2.7 per game. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Aberdeen Central HS where she competed in basketball, volleyball, and track & field…Lake Region All-Conference honors her freshman and sophomore seasons and Eastern South Dakota All-Conference honors her junior and senior seasons…All-State Second Team as a junior and All-State First Team as a senior…winner of the Spirit of Su Award…Miss Basketball South Dakota finalist…scored 1187 career points for the Golden Eagles…averaged 15 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks per game during her senior season…also earned All-State Academic honors in volleyball, basketball, and track & field…earned Lake Region and Eastern South Dakota All-Conference honors in volleyball during her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jennifer and Rick Knecht…born August 3, 1995…has two siblings, Kaytlin and Ricky…member of National Honor Society...plans on majoring in Business Administration at USF and wants to become a Retail Buyer.
