2012 (JUNIOR): batted .455/.538/.727 with five RBI in the Cougars’ first four games of 2012 before being lost for the season with a torn finger tendon.

2011 (SOPHOMORE): A member of the 2011 All-GPAC team...started all 31 games at first base...led the Cougars in batting average (.386), on-base percentage (.486), slugging percentage (.648) and home runs (4)...drew a team-best 16 walks...her 17 RBI tied for second on the team...played good defense at first, making just three errors in more than 200 chances (.986 fielding percentage)...hit the go-ahead two-run homer in a 3-2 triumph at Dakota Wesleyan (4/23).

2010 (FRESHMAN): Played in 31 games as a freshman...drew 30 starts in the infield...batted .283, recorded one home run and 14 RBI...committed six errors in 184 chances (.967)...went 3-for-4 in a loss to Missouri Valley College (4/1)...tallied a two RBI single in the win over Concordia University (4/17)...went 3-for-4 and had a career day in the Cougars' 8-0 rout of Dana College (4/30), blasting a home run and racking up 6 RBI.

HIGH SCHOOL: softball standout for Lakes Community HS (Ill.)...also ran track...Illinois State scholar and honor roll student.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dean Tesar and Jo-Anne Mason-Briggs...has five siblings, Sarah (30), Rachel (28), Jen (23), Ryan (22) and Eric (20)...computer science and applied math double-major, management minor...goal is to attend graduate school for a master's degree in computer science...also a resident assistant and academic mentor at USF.
