2017-18: Played in 29 games with 14 starts, accumulating 615 minutes or 21.2 per game...averaging 5.9 ppg with 171 points...averaged 2.2 rebounds per game with 65 boards, including 54 on the defensive end...hit 56-of-138 field goals for 40.6 percent...made 29-of-82 shots from three-point range for 35.4 percent...was 30-of-41 for 73.2 percent from the foul line...committed 51 fouls but did not foul out...dished 63 assists, recorded 19 steals and had three blocks...committed 46 turnovers...reached double digits five times, including a season-career-high 15 twice against Augustana on Dec. 31, 2017 in a home victory and against Minnesota Crookston on Jan. 13 at the Stewart Center...had 14 points against Fort Hays State on Nov. 11 to help USF to an overtime victory...hit 4-of-5 shots from the field, including all three of his three-point field goals...had 14 points against Concordia St. Paul on Jan. 20, hitting 5-of-8 shots from the field....had 11 rebounds against Augustana on Dec. 31 for a career-high...in that same game against Augustana, recorded his first double double...23 times scored in a game...17 times made a three point field goal in a game...had two or more threes eight times with three in a game three times...had a career-high six assists and career-high four steals against Midland on Jan. 16.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played football and basketball at Ankeny (Iowa) High...as a junior,  averaged 15 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals to lead the Ankeny High School boys basketball team to an 18-5 record and a share of the Central Iowa Conference crown...third-team Iowa Newspaper Association all-state selection as a junior...named first-team all-conference and first-team All-Eastern Division as a junior... Des Moines Register voted Maschoff to their second team All-CIML Elite team...competed on the summer AAU circuit with Kingdom Hoops, one of the top programs in the state of Iowa, under the direction of Jake Sullivan.
