2013 (JUNIOR): Started 24 games for the Cougars during her junior season…pitched in 27 games for the Cougars, compiling an ERA of 4.80 with 102 strikeouts…batting average of .171 with 8 runs and 7 RBI…recorded 13 putouts with 36 assists and 1 error for a fielding percentage of .980…recorded 9 strikeouts in a game vs. Southwest Minnesota State…compiled 17 complete games.

2012 (SOPHOMORE): went 6-8 (5.90 ERA) in her first campaign with the Cougars... finished with 36 strikeouts to just 25 walks.

2011 (DAKOTA WESLEYAN): Batted .244 (21-for-86) as a freshman for the Tigers, with four doubles and 16 RBI...hit two home runs and also drew six walks.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time all-state selection at Washington HS.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Mike Walters and Kristi Meirose...has a brother, Cody (24)...elementary education major...goal is to be a kindergarten teacher...played summer ball with the South Dakota Fusion...the Fusion outscored their opponents 19-1 en route to the 2011 South Dakota USSSA State tournament...loves motorcycles.
